Cardoe Record Rights & Licensing
Standard framework: every Cardoe music offering links to this rights page. The final signed agreement for a specific song controls the transaction.
Copyright & Publishing
Unless a final signed agreement expressly states otherwise, Cardoe Record retains copyright and publishing ownership. A purchase, preview fee, auction entry fee, bid, or payment does not by itself transfer copyright or publishing.
Master Recording
Ownership or use of the master recording is transferred or licensed only to the extent expressly stated in the final written agreement.
Performance & Use Rights
The buyer receives only the performance, use, distribution, synchronization, exclusivity, territory and term rights specifically identified in the final agreement.
Auctions
Auction entry fees are non-refundable. Winning a bid establishes the purchase price but does not expand the rights package beyond the final agreement.
Preview Access
Paid full-song previews and auction-entry preview access are listening permissions only and do not grant reproduction, distribution, performance or ownership rights.
